Clearing a lot
Brush, scrub, and small trees come out so you can finally see the shape of what you own. We clear to the lines you want and take the material off the property.
Grading so the water leaves
Dead flat is not the goal. The ground wants a slight fall away from the house so rain runs off instead of standing against the slab. We grade to that fall and leave the surface even enough to take sod or a build.
Our own machines
We run our own Kubota track loaders, so a clearing job does not sit waiting on a rental yard to have something available.
Overgrown bank → open water view
A lot along the waterway, choked with tall invasive reed grass and brush, cut back to the waterline, reopening the water view and reclaiming a clean, usable shoreline.
